 At Yuno Perfumes, we care about your shopping experience and want to make our policies clear and transparent. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.


 Refund & Return Policy


 No Returns – Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned as they cannot be reused or resold.
 Our perfumes contain natural extracts and ingredients. Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application are not covered under this policy.
 Reactions or sensitivities to fragrances are not covered. We recommend doing a patch test before use.


 Refund Policy
 • Yuno Perfumes is not responsible for any damage after delivery.
 • An unboxing video with original packaging is mandatory for claims on missing items, leakage, breakage, or incorrect product delivery.
 • If the package looks tampered or damaged, please refuse delivery immediately.
 • If an order is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 3 days.
 • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
 • Refund timelines: COD refunds (4–7 working days), Prepaid refunds (up to 15 days).

• Returns are accepted only in extreme cases of transit issues (leakage, breakage, missing items).
 • Customers must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
 • After verification, a refund or exchange will be processed.
 Cancellation Policy
 • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. A 2.5% payment gateway charge applies.
 • Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders are processed within 15 days.
 • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. If a prepaid order is returned, 75 will be deducted before refund.

 • Q1. How long does it take to receive a refund? – Prepaid orders: Up to 15 days. COD orders: 4–7
 working days. Refund details will be shared once processed.
• Q2. Can I return opened/used perfumes? – No, returns are not accepted for opened/used perfumes.
 Only claims related to damage, leakage, or missing items are eligible.
